SALON POLICY

Our customer service :

We take pride in our work. Above all else we want you to be satisfied with your experience with us.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your eyelash service allow us to make the proper adjustments. All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to provide a corrective service free of charge. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service.


Safety :

The FDA has jurisdiction for salon and spa industry, there are some regulation, standards and requirements. Also state of California is governing salon and spa activities in California.

We follow Federal and State Requirements of sanitation and disinfection.

Right to Refuse Service :

​We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.

Privacy :

Information collected from you is only used if we need to contact you for further information regarding your appointment. Your privacy is the highest importance to us.

We do not share your personal information with anyone.

Children :

Due to health & safety reasons and limited space, children are not allowed in the salon unless they are receiving a service and accompanied by an adult. We value you and are sincerely thankful for your cooperation and understanding.

Cancellation Policy :

If you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment, you must call to cancel or reschedule.

24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Appointments that are cancelled less than 24 hours prior will result in a 50% charge of the services you are reserved for.

No show :

In order to respect the time of your artists, if you fail to show for your appointment, you will be charged the full 100% of the total amount of the services you booked. The fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file to secure your reservation.

Late Arrivals :     

Late arrival may result in shortened treatment time and will be changed at the full rate. If you are more than 20 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your appointment and you will be charged 50% of the services you are reserved for. Clients who are continually late may be refused service. Please be courteous to your Artist and other clients.
